We are authorized dealers for Grandstream and ESI phone products.

Grandstream is a fully VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) solution with some analog interfaces and requires a wired or wireless data network and will interface with any old phone line (AT&T, Spectrum, Charter) or SIP trunking.

ESI offers a mixture of analog, digital and VOIP interfaces and is a good fit for companies that have a lot of existing wiring (for example older CAT3 cabling) and/or long cable runs (300ft+) and don’t want to upgrade wiring but can do so later down the road. ESI also offers a tightly integrated hosted PBX (cloud PBX) solution.

Both systems can be interfaced with other systems of the same brand to tie in multiple locations locally, nationally or worldwide.

In summary, we can use either system to meet the phone system needs of 99.9% of our clients with a factory certified local staff to design, install and support them.
